Note: The Annex is on Hwy 331 South near South Walton High School.  Entrance to the Annex is on the west side of the building, opposite Hwy 331.

Office Hours:
This office is on a variable schedule.  Registration forms and other publications can be obtained in the lobby when the office is closed.  A direct telephone line to the Main Office and a drop box for completed forms is also in the lobby for your convenience.
